The best two weeks

We have just spent the last two weeks with a wonderful, loving family. Our Russian missionary Elder (Antone) Rets has faithfilly completed his 2 year mission serving the Lord and touching so many lives. We were blessed to know him and it was such an honor to have his family stay with us for 2 weeks. Our families became one very quickly and although his parents speak little English, communication wasn't a problem. This experience has touch our lives so much that Bob and I can't even begin to comprehend. Everyone left NY for Russia today and it was tearful. We were so lucky to have them and share our LOVE with them.

I didn't realize they were staying with you. How kind of you to open your home. It looks like you had so much fun.

What fun you had. Elder Rets was a favorite of Jack's too. He would make moose ears and sounds that would leave Jack in stitches. We have fond memories of his time in Rochester.
